This policy provides information about research and development policy for continuous product development for STOCKART® Med and Supply Management System products.

R&D Vision
STOCKART® R&D organization formed to develop proprietary STOCKART® technologies in house with its own engineering team guided by more than 15 years of experience of the marketing team in medication and supply management.

STOCKART® continues to R&D efforts to bring more products for users to facilitate their Medication and Supply Management processes.
STOCKART® MedSMART®, SupplySMART® and DualSMART® was awarded as “Good Design Award” by DesignTurkey in 2016.
R&D Organization & Process
STOCKART®’s R&D organization is as follows:
STOCKART® has been certified by the T.C. Industry and Technology Ministry as R&D Center. As of February 2018 STOCKART® is listed as one of the 700 selected R&D companies in Turkey and has rights to use Turkish Governments subventions published for R&D Centers.
During Certification process STOCKART® gone through inspection of several Turkish universities for its competency.
STOCKART® utilizes proven process to develop its products inspired by the demand of the market.
Continuous Development Policy
STOCKART® believes that development never ends. We base our products and development direction to solve and facilitate users’ problems on Medication and Supply management. That’s because users’ feedbacks for our current products and new product requests are main drivers of our R&D program.
STOCKART® gathers users’ requirements through New Feature Request Form and Change Request Form. These forms reach to STOCKART® Product Management through the correspondence between ordering organization’s project manager or system manager and supplier project manager. Requests then evaluated by STOCKART® product management. Ones that found applicable by STOCKART® Management will be scheduled for development. All request holding parties will be acknowledged about the status of the request.
STOCKART® system already has very complex system features to adapt users current and future process changes. If user requirement can be handled by the system configuration changes, required consultancy and/or training will be given by the STOCKART® Project Manager.
Users’ organization required to put a process in place to gather users’ inputs through forms and communicate them to STOCKART® through defined contact persons at each side.
